Paros is also connected by ferries to Piraeus and other ports. Regular ferries cover the Piraeus–Paros route in about 4.5 hours, while high-speed ferries travel for about 3 hours. The island is also connected to the ports of Lavrio and Rafina, while the ports of Naoussa and Piso Livadi connect Paros with other Cycladic islands. From the port of Pounta, it is possible to take a ferry to the nearby island of Antiparos.
