Some owners entrust us with a sale on condition that the property is not published on the portals or marked on the building. We present these one at a time, to buyers who ask.
Current listings
We will show as much as each owner has approved. The address, photographs and exact price are shared once a request is approved.

We are agreeing with the owners how much may be shown. Until then, get in touch and we will present the listings to you in person.
How the details are shared
A request is made for each property separately, because each owner gives consent case by case.

Making a request
You leave your email address and phone number along with the property's reference.

Confirming your address
A message with a confirmation link arrives at that address. The request is recorded only once it is confirmed.

Receiving the dossier
Within one working day we send the address, photographs, exact price and the state of the paperwork.

Viewing
Arranged at a time the owner sets, most often outside usual working hours.
For owners
A sale without public advertising.
The property is not published on the portals, not marked on the building and not shown on group viewings. We present it only to buyers whose interest we have checked beforehand.
